It was mentioned in another thread that Whisper IRC should return. The problem was extreme inactivity last time, and the channel kept losing its registration. However, we can recreate it if there's enough popular support and enough activity.

It wasn't used enough to merit it - I'd prefer you spend the time improving what we've got.
