It's probably bullshit, but it's interesting bullshit nonetheless.

You put in some of your own work, and it tells you which famous write you "write like".

Me? Cory Doctorow.

I put in the lyrics to Notorious BIG's "Juicy", and it said I write like Stephen King.

I put in a short story I wrote, and it ALSO said Stephen King. The logical conclusion is that I write like Notorious BIG.

It gave my science essays Arthur C Clarke, but then it gave Tolkien Daniel Defoe, and Edgar Allan Poe got Jonathan Swift

I C&P'ed my most recent blog entry, and it told me Cory Doctorow. *shrugs* Not that my blog is really a good indication of how I would write if I actually had people reading it.

My essay about education: Kurt Vonnegut (Haven't read any of his work yet)
My essay about sexuality: Cory Doctorow (Never heard of him)
My essay about the war on drugs: Cory Doctorow (again)
My fail fanfic: H. P. Lovecraft (I've read some of his short stories)

I know it's bullshit but I went nuts on this.

Philosophy paper: H.P. Lovecraft
Another philosophy paper: David Foster Wallace
Yet another philosophy paper: David Foster Wallace
Three papers for the same class: Edgar Allan Poe
Paper on Mary Wollstonecraft: Mary Shelley (lol interesting)
Paper on Skinner: William Shakespeare

Then I kept typing the same word over and over... well, copy-pasted it, and the name of the author varies with the number of times the word appears. I don't know why it was only at this point when I stopped playing.

Apparently I write like David Foster Wallace, based on my copypasta of my Inception thread.

Cory Doctorow must be a shit writer, because I got the same result when I wrote this:

My fiction gets David Foster Wallace, while my anthropology papers get Isaac Asimov and Dan Brown.
